Regal Staffing Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in the glass/shower door industry (experience preferred but not required).
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and change notices promptly and accurately.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, filing, and copying.
- Provide outstanding customer service through responsiveness and problem-solving.
- Assist internal teams by tracking orders and handling special product requests.
- Answer and direct phone calls while assisting in-person visitors.
Qualifications:
2 years of office-based customer service experience.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fast typing skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and customer-focused.
Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
