Director of Research & Development – Skincare Products & Supplements

Location : Midlothian, TX 76065

Pay : $130K-$150K DOE

Shift : 1st shift (7 AM – 3 : 30 PM)

About the Role

Regal Staffing Services is hiring a Director of Research & Development for a leading warehouse manufacturing skincare and supplement products . This role leads product development initiatives , oversees a team of scientists , and ensures seamless coordination with Marketing, Packaging, Legal, and Supply Chain teams .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and mentor 2-4 R&D scientists
  • Oversee new product development , raw material sourcing, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet launch timelines
  • Evaluate product batches, approve modifications, and conduct testing
  • Stay ahead of industry trends through research and trade shows

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 years of relevant experience in skincare, cosmetics, or supplements
  • Strong knowledge of compounding techniques and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and database software
  • Ability to interpret scientific literature, regulatory documents, and technical reports
  • Must pass background and drug screening
