Regal Staffing Services is seeking an HVAC Support Technician for a warehouse office in Lancaster, TX (75134) . This is a full-time, in-office position , providing technical troubleshooting support over the phone for mini-split air conditioning systems.
Shift & Pay :
Monday through Friday (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, or 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM)
Pay Rate : $23–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities :
Provide phone-based troubleshooting for mini-split air conditioning systems (not a field technician role).
Assist customers with technical issues, error codes, and troubleshooting procedures .
Support clients with warranty registrations and replacement part orders.
Document support calls for internal records.
Occasionally assist with testing and minor repairs as needed.
Requirements :
EPA License Required .
2–5 years of HVAC service experience .
Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, in person).
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred .
Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift / move up to 50 pounds .
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Stable work history required.
Must pass a background check and drug screen .
