27.00 / hour | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage production schedules to meet delivery targets.
- Promote and ensure workplace safety, compliance, and 5S standards.
- Train and mentor employees in production processes and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records (production, safety, scrap, quality, etc.).
- Optimize resources, control inventory, and recommend production improvements.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and HR to address staffing needs.
- Administer company policies and lead by example in safety, quality, and productivity.
