About the Role:
Regal Staffing Services is hiring a Supply Chain Director for a leading warehouse in Duncanville, TX. This role will oversee supply chain operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and cost control strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply chain activities across purchasing, planning, marketing, and R&D for product launches and transitions.
- Develop and maintain an S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, setting inventory policies and targets.
- Implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and market demand.
- Manage sustainability initiatives and risk management plans.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely movement of goods and services.
- Build and maintain partnerships with suppliers to optimize inventory levels and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with product demand.
- Establish KPIs for cost management and customer satisfaction, including delivery counts, vendor scorecards, and inventory targets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) required.
- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant post-college experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills: Experience with ERP and MRP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret financial reports, legal documents, and technical journals.
- Problem-Solving: Experience handling vendor inquiries, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements.
- Mathematical Skills: Understanding of probability, statistics, and financial analysis.
- Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
