Position Title : Junior Quality Engineer

FLSA Status : Exempt, Full- Time
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to the market. As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preventative action activities.
- Ensuring compliance with standards.
- Identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Assist in creating quality documentation.
- Assist in designing quality standards.
- Inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products.
- Collaborating with teams to implement improvements.
- Responding to day-to-day design, production, and customer quality issues related to the production line.
- Assist in resolving production problems associated with process errors, non-conforming parts, and design problems.
- Assisting with the application and monitoring of established inspection procedures and methods. Compiling, tabulating and summarizing data for analysis and preparing and offering constructive input relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
- Reviewing manufacturing instructions for completeness, correctness, and comprehension by assembly personnel.
- Assisting in ensuring that quality assurance specifications are met by engineering, manufacturing, and other involved functions.
