Job Title : Test Manager
Job Type : Full-time
Location : Santa Ana, CA
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to join our team. The Test Manager will be responsible for leading the testing team and ensuring that all testing activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and experience managing a team.
Responsibilities :
Manger Responsibilities / requirements : (Weight at about 30%-40%)
- Ability to lead a team of test technicians in the testing and debugging of products on a daily basis with an emphasis in hands on managing and mentoring
- Ability to work with program management and operations leads to ensure a smooth workflow of products
- Strong planning skills with emphasis on being able to adapt and prioritize workloads of team based on efficiency and company needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skills with Microsoft office suite with emphasis on Excel or Project
- Conflict resolution skills are a plus
- Technical writing skills for test development or evaluations is a plus
