Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, technical responses, pricing models, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, ensuring they reflect current company capabilities and industry standards.
- Review client requirements and specifications to ensure that proposals meet or exceed expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, finance, etc.) to gather technical, financial, and operational information required for proposals.
- Track the progress of multiple proposals simultaneously, providing status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation and file management for each proposal, maintaining organized records of submitted proposals, client communications, and revisions.
- Review and ensure all proposal documents are well-organized, clear, and free from errors.
- Ensure that proposals are fully compliant with client instructions and contractual terms.
- Analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve the proposal process and quality.
- 1-3 years of experience in proposal coordination or business development, preferably in the manufacturing engineering or related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, such as typing, using a computer, or handling equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
