- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a construction team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.
- Resource Allocation:
- Coordinate the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials for construction projects.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure resources are effectively utilized to meet project deadlines.
