********** Temporary 60 - 90 Day Position **********

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

Note: This position could turn into Full Time if there is an interest and a business need.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Embrace excellence in customer service for both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate initiative and good judgment in assisting customers and peers.
  • Ability to evaluate problems and make appropriate recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Set-up, maintain and deploy F&B products on to POS profiles on all relevant sales channels.
  • Add/remove buttons, prices and items to applicable price books, keymaps and POS profiles.
  • Conduct research on item sell-through and update digital footprint(s) accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other Commercial team members to understand, update and maintain product offerings that correspond with promotional activities.
  • Monitor calendars and stay updated with planned promotional activations, key deliverables, date requirements, and key F&B sales initiatives to ensure preparations are made to accommodate on all digital sales channels.
  • Support field personnel with problems or concerns related to F&B product offerings and work with the Commercial team and other business units at TSO to rectify accordingly.
  • Update and maintain F&B products for all digital sales channels at assigned theatres.
  • Update and maintain concession key maps and other POS profiles as required.
  • Conduct health checks on F&B item configuration to verify accuracy.

Education/Experience:

High school education is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or two plus years of related experience required. 

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

None

 

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.

 

Math Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Computer Skills:

Word processing, spreadsheets, database program knowledge. Must be proficient with Microsoft products.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
