Understanding of marketing metrics including but not limited to open rates, click rates, impressions.

Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.
Math Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Upload new images, descriptions and business details to Google, Yelp and other platforms as needed.
- Ensure all information is accurate, on-brand, and up to date
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a timely and professional manner, adhering to the brand’s voice.
- Escalate negative feedback or issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
- Optimize profiles with keywords, photos, and descriptions to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Commercial teams to ensure consistent branding across platforms
- Track updates and provide weekly summaries of work completed.
- Share insights on trends or recurring customer feedback
- Assist with customer experience inquiries and responses as time permits
- Work closely with the customer experience team to ensure alignment
- Data mining and statistical analysis to support business decisions
- Extract, validate, compile, organize and summarize data from a wide variety of internal and external sources
- Responsible for verifying accuracy of data
- Regular and consistent attendance
