Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Regular and Consistent Attendance
- Compile show schedules and check advance show times
- Roll up GM schedules
- Track TCA audits and scores
- Track district overtime and minor labor hours violations
- Track weekly inventory figures/obtain O/S and spoilage explanations
- Track InMoment ratings/comments
- Track CCDV testing
- Track Health Inspections
- Track TVRs and add Site Audit Pro reports to One Note
- Keep Tour books up to date and submit monthly
- Keep Market Analysis sheet up to date and submit monthly
- Maintain district phone lists
- Track license expiration dates and request license renewals where needed
- Track employee incentive purchases
- Track overdue new-hire paperwork and overdue performance reviews- request confirmations from GMs
- Keep all janitorial paperwork (contracts, certificates of insurance) up to date and request when needed
- Track Stars of Hope weekly figures
- Track new SMX sponsorship contacts by theatre
- Track Extra Revenue generated by theatres
- Complete market surveys/BPS when requested
- Track miscellaneous tasks as they arise (EPBs, Employee Surveys, Corporate requests, etc.)
- Monitor email for corporate requests and be proactive with tracking/reminder emails to theatres
- Assist with district meetings/conference calls/travel
- Other tasks as requested
Pay Scale Information: $22.00

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent, experience working in a Regal theatre preferred, at least one year of experience in a similar role preferred.

Must have good reading, writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.
Reasoning Ability:
Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software
Supervisory Responsibilities:
