- Manage all Regal social channels and the social media calendar (weekend, after-hours)
- Develop goals, strategy, and objectives while continuously monitoring results
- Prepare and actualize social media budgets
- Analyze performance of social campaigns and activities and adjust strategy as needed
- Deliver weekly / monthly / quarterly and end of year reporting on KPIs
- Oversee the projects and workflow of the social agency
- Work closely with all Regal teams to ensure initiatives are supported and launched on time
- Partner with Guest Services to keep a pulse on the chatter and concerns raised by fans
- Develop and execute out-of-the-box, innovative social campaigns
- Understand the ever-evolving social media universe and Regal's competition
- Research and explore emerging channels and notify managers of upcoming opportunities
- Build industry relationships with our partners, ensuring Regal remains on the cutting edge
- Oversee the creation and approval of all original and custom content
- Oversee projects with social agencies to continuously evolve the Regal voice and tone and create content for Regal to stand out
- Serve as Regal's social media point of contact for breaking events or emergencies after hours
- Oversee the growth, training, and workflow of the Digital Marketing Coordinator

Education/Experience:
- 4 - 6 years of experience managing a brand’s social channels required
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing or Communication required
- Experience generating creative social media content and campaigns
- Ability to solve complex problems and leverage analytics to inform decision making
- Experience with Sprout Social or other social analytics platform
- Proven ability to deliver business insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to create easy-to-understand and easy-to-replicate reports
- Experience creating and maintaining project schedules using project management systems

Must have good reading, writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.
