Job Summary
Floor Staff members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include working in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, maintaining regular attendance, handling emergency situations, and performing general cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Box Office Operations: Handle cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards, redeemed discount tickets, passes, and coupons accurately; operate POS system.
- Concession Services: Manage concession stock inventory, operate POS system, and comply with food safety laws.
- Usher Duties: Tear tickets, collect stubs, direct patrons to auditoriums, manage crowd control, enforce MPAA rating system, and conduct in-theatre inspections.
Qualifications:
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
- Ability to possess good public speaking, listening skills, and respond clearly and directly.
- Reasoning ability to identify problems, gather data, and note possible causes of problems.
