As a Clinical Liaison, you will blend your clinical and marketing skills to maintain hospital partnerships, manage patient safety and outcomes, and manage patient cases. In this role, you will position RegalCare as a strategic partner with select referring hospitals by concentrating interactions on patient cases and improved outcomes. Encouraging meaningful collaboration with hospital-based case managers on risk factors and care plans and identifying new opportunities for growth partnering is also part of the responsibilities.
Job responsibilities :
Manage all referrals, reviewing for clinical appropriateness
Ensuring all referrals are being responded to promptly
Work with the Admission Director to establish patient eligibility
Bedside sales along with frequent hospital rounding
Coordinating with the facility to ensure a smooth transition from the hospital
Building strong relationships with referral sources, and maintaining this relationship. SNF experience required. Two year's Sales experience required. Seeking a candidate with a high school diploma.
