Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping services, including cleaning, sanitation, and laundry operations.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain operational flow.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or facility management, with prior leadership experience preferred.
