RegalCare at Lowell is a short and long-term care facility located in Lowell, MA. We are looking to hire an Activities Director.
This is a full time position. Previous SNF / LTC experience is preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and implementing a diverse range of activities and programs designed to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Lead group activities such as games, arts and crafts, music therapy sessions, and exercise classes.
- Provide one-on-one support and encouragement to residents who may require additional assistance or accommodations.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Document activity participation and resident progress as required.
