Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Take vital signs and monitor residents’ health.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Document all care provided in compliance with facility policies.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and medical staff to meet resident needs.
- Current and valid CNA certification.
- Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
