Job Description
Assists Maintenance Director with all aspects of building and grounds maintenance. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Experience in a health care facility or the like required.
- Drivers Licesense with a Clean Driving Record as job requires driving a van daily.
- Ensures preventive maintenance is performed on all equipment according to established schedules and maintain appropriate logs
- Monthly fire drills and fire alarms systems maintained
- Fire sprinkler inspections
- Emergency Generator Testing
- Familiar with NFPA and Life Safety Requirements in a Nursing Home
- This is a full time 40 hrs a week position
