Regan Landscape is rapidly expanding our local operations and is seeking an Operations Manager to help facilitate that growth.
The ideal candidate will ultimately be accountable for all operational aspects of Regan Landscape; including customer service and inventory management; with a primary focus on building, developing, and motivating our field team to deliver a world class experience for each and every one of our customers, while maximizing profitability.
Key Accountabilities:
· Oversee and manage our field staff. Hire, train, retain and help build the most important aspect of our company – our people.
· Oversee all shop operations including safety, quality, inventory management, inbound and outbound transportation, and employee performance.
· Order fulfillment for all projects.
· Joint management responsibility with field supervisors and Director of Operations.
· Achieve operating metrics around safety, DOL and OSHA regulations.
· Develop, manage, approve, and enforce all companywide policies and procedures.
· Develop and maintain the Regan Landscape culture as defined in our company handbook and as presented in day to day operations.
· Ensure teams’ compliance to all rules, regulations and procedures as defined by the company handbook.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Previous management experience over customer service, warehousing, purchasing, order fulfillment, and/or operations is preferred.
· Intense leadership, negotiation, project management, process control, and analytical skills are required.
· Horticultural background preferred.
· Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
· Landscape knowledge and experience including but not limited to: Maintenance, Softscape and Hardscape.
· Snowplow/Snow Removal/Salting knowledge and experience.

Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the landscaping business. This includes planning, organizing and coordinating daily activities to ensure that all operational activities are efficient and effective and work with clients on development of project plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
o Oversee all operations including safety, quality, inventory management, inbound and outbound transportation, and order fulfillment for all projects.
o Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of landscape projects to ensure they meet client specifications and budget requirements
o Manage scheduling and coordination of staff and subcontractors as applicable to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of projects.
o Oversee and manage employee performance
o Implement and enforce safety protocols and training to minimize accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards
o Regularly inspect on-going projects for quality control purposes and to adhere to landscape design specifications
o Oversee and manage daily operations, including crew dispatch, job scheduling and coordination
o Recruit and hire, train and supervise new crew members. Oversee and manage employee performance
o Develop and maintain the Regan Landscape culture as defined in our company handbook and as presented in day-to-day operations
o Additional duties as necessary or assigned
Position Qualifications
· High School Diploma, required
· At least 3 years of experience in green industry, required
· Proficiency with CRM software, Service Titan, required
· Applicators License and/or Arborist Certification, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Strong understanding of lawn maintenance, softscape and hardscape installation as well as winter/snow operations
· Demonstrated leadership experience and experience with managing teams
· Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and ability to focus on growth and client satisfaction
· Knowledge and experience with landscape construction, plant material identification and proper maintenance practices
Physical Requirements/Abilities
Dexterity with hands, ability to tolerate vibrations while using machinery and ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time. Bending, walking, twisting, pulling, carrying, lifting up to 50lbs. Hearing, listening and seeing ability. Ability to tolerate variety of outdoor climates, including sunny days and hot/humid temperatures, as well as rainy days and cooler temperatures.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
