As a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with us, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care services and creating a supportive environment for our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care services and health education
- Supervising the care/services provided by CNAs/STNAs and other team members
- Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions
- Assessing the health of guests and notifying physicians of changes in status
- Selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications
- Contributing to the guest's assessment and plan of care
