We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Regency at Jackson.
About the Role
As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will assist the Director of Nursing and help plan, coordinate, and manage the nursing department. Your responsibilities will include infection prevention management, scheduling, and performing guest rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and suitability of nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify licensure and credentials of nursing employees
- Aid with scheduling and guest rounds
- Maintain charting and documentation
- Develop and implement staffing plans and schedules
- Participate in budget processes
- Assign responsibilities to associates
Requirements
- Registered nurse, RN with management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
- CPR certification
