As a Registered Dietitian at Regency at Westland, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared in a safe and sanitary environment, and that our guests receive the highest level of nutrition care possible.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our guests.
Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques.
Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless operation of the kitchen.
Requirements:
Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Serve Safe certification.
Preferred one (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience.
