The Role
We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse with a passion for teaching and infection prevention to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Control RN. This key role involves designing and implementing educational programs, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care, and identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver educational programs tailored to the needs of our nursing staff.
Assist in evaluating staff performance and making recommendations for improvement.
Welcome new employees to our facility and provide comprehensive orientation and training.
Create a calendar of educational events and ensure timely completion of required training sessions.
Evaluate and ensure compliance with CNA continuing education requirements.
