We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and possess strong communication skills. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers.
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Stay up to date with new products/services.
- Complete transactions accurately on the POS system
Skills
- Understanding of the retail sales process.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Knowledge of Clover POS a plus!
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Drivers License or ID Card
- TAM card
Education:
- High school or equivalent
