Regency DRT is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our Orlando operation. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the Orlando branch
- Manage and grow a high-performing team
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and up to standards
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance reps, property managers, and other partners
- Identify local growth opportunities and drive business development
- Work closely with company leadership to keep the branch aligned with larger goals
What You Bring:
- Industry experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
- A strong background managing both people and projects
- Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle field operations, customer service, and internal processes
- Sales or business development experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $80,000 , depending on experience
