Regency Cleaners is seeking friendly, energetic and outgoing individuals to join our Customer Support Team! Come to work in an exciting and rewarding atmosphere where exceeding customer satisfaction is our top priority!
As a family owned and team-based company, Regency Cleaners is seeking individuals to become Garment Care Experts. Our team members welcome our customers and complete accurate transactions in a pleasant manner allowing customers to recognize that we care about them and their garments.
We currently have a FULL TIME Customer Service position available for our Durham based company. Location : 904 9th Street. We promote work-life balance and will work with you on finding the right position on our team. Your fixed schedule would be:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am -4:30 pm

Good communication skills and enjoy working with customers
Ability to be a Team Member and Manage other Team Members
- Check in, inspect, sort & tag customer orders. Basic computer skills required
- Process customer payments and discounts
- Keep store clean and tidy and help with our laundromat customers
- Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 20lbs of laundry.
