Regency Health & Rehabilitation Center in Yorktown, VA is seeking a qualified individual to join our growing team in the role of RN Weekend Supervisor.
As the part-time RN Weekend Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.
This is a part-time position, every other weekend .
