As Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) the expectations are :
To provide care for the residents such as bathing, dressing, serving meals and assist with feeding as needed.
To assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident
To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.
To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team
CNA Qualifications :
Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); in the state of Delaware
Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred; but not required
Ability to build rapport with our residents
Compassionate and caring demeanor
