Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 100 bed long term care facility located in Wilmington, DE . We are seeking an experienced Director of Admissions and Community Relations.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish an effective system to gather resident information before and upon admission to assure proper placement of the resident.
Identify from among the residents seeking admission those for which the facility can provide adequate care.
Understand the admissions process including policy, procedures, assessments, financial & paperwork requirements.
Meet and greet family members, on-site tours.
Possess working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and insurance programs
Responsible for coordinating the community relations program
Qualifications:
Experience in Admissions in a long term care settings a must
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
