Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 100 bed long term care facility located in a quaint area of Wilmington, Delaware. We are currently seeking applicants for our open full time Maintenance Assistant position.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Assistant :
- Assist the Maintenance Director in maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current Delaware state fire marshal office, CMS, City of Wilmington and all federal, state and local guidelines.
- Ensure the completion of daily work orders as assigned by Maintenance Director.
- Must be self-starter, maintain a safe workplace environment, be organized, exhibit flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Maintenance Assistant :
Full time Maintenance Assistant position with weekend on call rotation.
