Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 100 bed skilled Nursing Center, located in Wilmington, DE. We recognize and respect, that our facility is home to our residents, therefore, we take a personalized approach in caring for our residents, providing comprehensive medical, emotional, and social support.
We are searching for experienced, caring, & dependable applicants to join our TEAM.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a bachelor's degree in human services field required. MSW preferred
- Must be a DE LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
- One year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals required
- Skilled in counseling and an understanding of the psycho-social needs of the disabled, capacity for problem solving.
- Knowledge of Long Term Care
- Point Click care, MDS's and Care plans experience a plus
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must function independently, exhibit flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel,families and support agencies in a Short / Long Term atmosphere.
- Flexible, & open to helping others.
- Be able to successfully pass all pre-employment background & drug tests.
