What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1:1 School RN position at Regency Home Health?
Regency Home Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to join our educational team. The 1:1 School Nurses will be responsible for providing healthcare services to students and staff, promoting health education, and ensuring a safe and healthy school environment.
Hours are Monday - Friday for the 24/25 school year.

Duties:
- Provide direct 1:1 healthcare services to a medically fragile student
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct health screenings and assessments
- Develop individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to promote student well-being
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid RN license and CPR certification is REQUIRED
- Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is REQUIRED
