A caregiver or LNA in home care provides personal care and support to people in their homes, such as seniors, people recovering from surgery, or disabled children and adults.
Their responsibilities include :
- Daily activities : Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming. May also include help with light housekeeping duties and physical therapy exercises.
- Meals : Serving meals and helping prepare them
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Encouraging residents to socialize and participate in activities
- Communicating with healthcare professionals or family members
- Keeping proper care records
- Reporting any unusual incidents or behavior
Qualifications / Skills :
crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs. while avoiding potential injury
disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors
Must have a valid drivers license a reliable vehicle
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Pay : From $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience and certifications / license)
