We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers ($20.00/hr) andLicensed Nursing Assistants ($22.00/hr) to join our team and provide high-quality in-home care for adults and elderly clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
- Monitor and document client health and progress, reporting any changes to the supervisor or healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
- Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and other tasks as needed.
Schedule:
- 16 to 40 hours per week (flexible shifts available to fit your schedule).

Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
- LNA certification (for LNA applicants) not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a desire to help others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from supervisors and family members.
- Must pass background check screening.
