Job Summary:
Regency House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team in providing exceptional care and ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. The successful candidate will have strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
Requirements:
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
