RN Supervisor for 3-11 Shift
Part Time - 16 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor Include:
- Valid state nursing license.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
