THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ROLE
As our full-time Community Property Manager, you'll welcome new residents to our community, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive. Throughout the day, you'll oversee 5-6 properties with approximately 100 units total, and property operations from managing maintenance requests to coordinating community events. You'll work closely with our dedicated team of Community Hosts, providing guidance and support to ensure our residents receive top-notch service. From handling rent collections to overseeing property improvements, every task you tackle plays a vital role in creating a positive living experience for our residents.
