About the Position : We're looking for a hands-on leader who's passionate about keeping our properties in tip-top shape. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of our properties and leading a team to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes everything from general maintenance and repairs to managing inventory for equipment and supplies. You'll also be a mentor, training your team and ensuring high-quality work every step of the way.

Here's What You'll Do : (Variety of work)

Oversee the upkeep of apartment units, buildings, and grounds

Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues

Manage inventory for maintenance equipment, parts, and supplies

Mentor and train your maintenance team to deliver excellent results

Coordinate with the Community Manager to meet property goals

Diagn ose and p erform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC

After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal

What You'll Need :

At least 3 years of maintenance experience and prof icient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC

Leadership skills to guide and inspire your team

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

A valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance

EPA Certification required , Pool cert ification preferred
