About the Position : Are you someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized, and leading a team to success? We're looking for a Community Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents. Whether you're a seasoned property management pro or ready to take the next step in your career, we'll provide the tools and support to help you shine.

Here's What You'll Do : (Variety of work)

Keep our community running smoothly, from managing operations to ensuring our property sparkles with curb appeal

Oversee the apartment leasing process while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations

Prepare budgets and ensure property is profitable

Mentor and lead your team with a positive, can-do attitude

Partner with contractors and maintenance teams to keep everything in tip-top shape

Monitor market trends and brainstorm creative marketing ideas

Build meaningful relationships with residents and resolve issues like a pro

Collaborate with staff and sister properties to create a supportive, team-focused environment

What You'll Need :

A high school diploma or GED (bonus if you have a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation!)

Leadership skills to guide and inspire your team

At least 2 years of property management experience or 3 years as an assistant property manager

Excellent communication and a knack for problem-solving

Familiarity with property management software and MS Office

A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation
