About the Position: We're currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, we'll provide the resources and support to help you succeed. From restoring units to responding to maintenance requests, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents' satisfaction and comfort.
Here's What You'll Do: (Variety of work)
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties
- Address maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
- Stay proactive and adaptable to the needs of the property and residents
- After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal
What You'll Need:
- A valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical fitness to handle hands-on tasks in various weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance and repair tasks
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members on tool use and safety practice
- EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it!)
