Who you are:
- One year of experience in facilities management or a related administrative role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Proficient in office systems and software, MS office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with facilities management software and work order systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in administrative functions and special projects such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assist with scheduling and timekeeping.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required.
Work Schedule : Monday -Friday 40 hours, 8 hours per day
Salary: Starting at $18.00 per hour
