Regency Oaks is recruiting for a Quality Improvement Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing team! This position is responsible for the overall nursing care/service in the Health Center.

Location: Clearwater, FL
Full-Time 7am - 3pm

Responsibilities:
- Supervises direct nursing care in the Health Center.
- Makes routine rounds to assure proper care and a safe, clean resident environment.
- Assures accuracy and completeness of medical records.
- Coordinates, conducts, and documents the MDS, resident care plans and conference in the absence of the MDS nurse.
- Responsible for Infection Control Program.
- Assists with orientation of nursing personnel.
- Provides education/in-services to nursing staff, as needed.
- Assures effective communication with other shifts and departments as it relates to resident care.
- Notifies physician and family of changes in resident’s condition.
- Assists DON in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Assists in infection control, safety and pharmacy rounds and audits.
Qualifications:
- RN degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum on (1) year experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in assisted or skilled nursing required.
Salary : $80,000
