- Develop and implement effective menu planning strategies that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
- Manage the procurement of food and supplies to meet the nutritional needs of our guests
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized nutrition plans for our residents
- Maintain accurate records of guest diet history and meal plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Current Serve Safe certification
- Minimum one year experience in a senior living or healthcare setting
