Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Regency on Whidbey. The successful candidate will provide personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal services, medication assistance, and delegated tasks as needed for resident well-being.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and providing medication administration.
- Offer social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks to promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment by performing daily housekeeping duties.
- Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and ability to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
- Availability to participate in resident move-in and move-out processes.
- Willingness to assist with staff training and orientation.
