JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the COO, the Corporate President is responsible for making business decisions based on the company’s sales goals and direction for the future. The Corporate President ensures that all divisions have identified existing and emerging niche market opportunities within the strategic direction of the division. The Corporate President oversees all Sales Division Presidents to ensure that the business grows at an average annual rate greater than 10% per year. The Corporate President has overall responsibility for P&L across all divisions and responsibility to meet or exceed annual budget revenue, gross profit and net EBT numbers. The Corporate President also supervises and directs the work of the Marketing team to ensure that divisions have needed marketing support to drive sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Building a cohesive process-oriented and goal driven sales team
- Ensuring strategies of Divisions are defined, implemented, and executed
- Ensuring that annual sales and marketing plans are developed and executed
- Ensuring that all divisions effectively utilize CRM
- Driving alignment throughout organization and improving culture
- Additional items as assigned by manager
PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE COMPANY
This position interacts broadly across the company with all employees, most specifically with Executive Committee and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment and achievement of goals. This position also interacts with key customers and supports the Division Presidents as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- BS in Business or relevant field is required
- 10 years of demonstrated successful leadership experience
- Proven track record of growing sales for an organization
- MBA preferred
EQUIPMENT USED
This position will use a personal computer, phone, and copier.
WORKING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
This position will work in an indoor office environment with some time spent walking on the manufacturing floor if needed.
