Job Overview:
Regency Supply is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure project alignment and transparency.

Monitor project progress, track performance, and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and post-project evaluations.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients to drive project success.
Day to Day: Work with takeoffs, create project submittals, coordinate the shipment of materials and handle all field related technical questions post delivery. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for the “health” of their accounts in regards to collection issues, inventory issues, and stocking programs. The position will begin as a fully in office role during the training period, and then will transition to hybrid once up to speed.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

2 years of experience in project management, preferably in supply chain, construction, or manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Effective leadership and team management capabilities.

Proficiency in project management software

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
