Customer Service Representative
ReGenerating Solutions, Inc., a technology provider is looking for effective communicators and those eager to hit the ground running to join an expanding team.
Responsibilities include conveying information via phone, email, chat, in person, and utilizing a ticketing system on a daily basis with our customers (including distributors and end-users) as well as other team members.
Accurately processing and tracking invoices, incoming customer requests, order processing, proposals and purchasing,
Analyzing customer monitoring reports.
Additional responsibilities include Social media postings and monitoring. Attending networking events.
Entry-level position, with exposure to different departments to further grow your interests and skills.
Special projects and other responsibilities may be assigned.
Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office products and ticketing platforms a plus but not required.
Be able to lift computer equipment to assist with shipping and installations at customer locations.
Have personal vehicle to travel to customer sites and other locations as assigned.
