Regeneron is seeking a Medical Writer who is highly motivated to learn the skills needed to write a variety of regulatory documents and publications to support Regeneron’s drug development programs. The position is within our Medical Writing group where the writer will receive hands-on writing clinical documents for regulatory submissions.
In this role, the Medical Writer will gain experience :
- Drafting documents integral to clinical sites and regulatory submissions.
- Drafting regulatory and technical documents to support the drug manufacturing process and controls.
- Creating publications for submission to congresses and peer-reviewed journals to serve as citable references for the global scientific and medical community.
- Leading the document life cycle, which includes content development, drafting, reviews, comment reconciliation, quality control, formatting, submissions, and storage in the appropriate document platform.
- Developing and maintaining document timelines.
- Interpreting data from nonclinical and clinical studies.
- Working with representatives from multiple functions.
- Working with mentors to improve skills to better reach professional goals.
- Cross collaboration with Scientific Writing, Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) Regulatory Sciences, and Publications groups may also occur with the goal of supporting further expertise in regulatory and publications writing in the pharmaceutical industry.

To be considered for this role you must have at minimum hold an MS and 3 years of related experience with proven expertise in scientific writing (e.g., manuscripts, grants, or other scientific communications); or a Ph.D. with a minimum of 0-2 years’ experience as a strong preference.
