- Supervise and manage the AAV Research Vector core, including setting priorities and goals, forecasting demand, and developing talent.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement new technologies and instruments, and ensure consistent and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with other Regeneron teams, including cores, technology centers, and therapeutic areas, to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, requestors, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
